A center that will be designed to provide a comfortable, relaxing, and safe ambiance to receive care in a tranquil environment as we know the state of the mind factors in promoting healthy behaviors, preventing diseases, and improving patient’s quality of life.

This document is to give insight to the new direction that Tabitha Medical Center will be taking. We will be adjusting our business model to focus on Women’s Health & Wellness. This does not mean that will close all other services but that we are focusing our rebranding campaign and marketing strategies on Women’s Health. The campaign will focus on ARABELLA Women’s Health & Wellness.

Since we expanded to a hospital from a clinic in 2014, Tabitha Medical Center has built a reputation as being one of the best health providers in the FCT in terms of delivery of quality care in a beautiful, comfortable, safe and clean environment. Our holistic approach to patient care has earned the trust of many patients. We presently have over 3000 patients registered and a high retention rate. Among our patients registered we have approximately 80% that are females (adolescence – elderly). Our demographics mostly include women between 18 – 50 years old.

In spite of our growing reputation we realized that our approach in marketing general medical services was drowning our strength in women’s health. As a result we reviewed our present financial statements, marketing strategy and financial model and concluded that the best way to grow Tabitha Medical Center was to focus on our strength which is Women’s Health. We will create a Women’s Health & Wellness Department that will take care of every health needs of the woman – physical, mental, emotional, social, including medical spa services. 

We also realized that our main income came from surgical services including office procedures and the numbers needed in these department to make a profit is far much less than our outpatient services. Focusing on General Practice creates a boost in Outpatient Services which on its own cannot bring enough income to sustain business or facilitate expansion. 

As a result of this we will be launching our Gynecology Minimally Invasive Surgery Center where we will perform surgeries with through a laparoscope or hysteroscope with small incisions. This will lead to quick recovery and shorter hospital stay for the patient. 

Few hospitals are offering this service but we plan to offer more advanced procedures as the in-house Gynecologist has been specially trained in the US to perform these procedures.
